1.1. Data Collection and Purpose
We collect personal data directly from our Contacts as part of the services we provide. Cézame Connexions obtains consent from Contacts or Employees and allows them to withdraw it at any time.
If certain information is not provided, we may not be able to deliver the contracted service.
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
• Field Sales missions: contacting clients and collaborators to organise and execute services, and providing the information or services requested.
• Process improvement: verifying identities, improving our products and services, handling complaints, and complying with legal or regulatory requirements.
• User support: assisting in the use of our services, and protecting the rights of users, clients and the company.
Personal data are never shared with commercial or advertising partners. However, they may be processed by subcontractors acting strictly under our instructions and only for the purposes outlined in this Policy.
We collect the following data: last name (and birth name), first name, telephone number, and email address.
